Entwicklung einer zukunftsweisenden Plattform zur Hochertragsproduktion von Biochemikalien auf der Basis von bereits entwickelten Corynebacterium glutamicum-Stämmen deren Wachstum durch einen neuartigen Zentralstoffwechselweg an die stöchiometrischer Hochausbeute-Umsetzung von Zuckern aus landwirtschaftlichen Nebenströmen gekoppelt ist.
Durch neue Ansätze im Bioprozess- und Stoffwechsel-Engineering werden die Stämme in Bezug auf Ausbeute, Geschwindigkeit, Robustheit und Maßstab optimiert. Darüber hinaus wird das Produktportfolio erweitert, um die wirtschaftliche Attraktivität der Plattform insgesamt zu erhöhen.
Begleitende Analysen und Bewertungen sowie die Beratung durch einen Industriebeirat mit passgenauer Fachexpertise unterstützen eine marktorientierte Technologieentwicklung.
